Terms of Use — Pilot / Early Access

Stratoryn is an early-access pilot product for analysing ERP data exports. By using it during the pilot, you acknowledge the following.

Who operates Stratoryn

Stratoryn is operated by Stephan Ferriggi, a self-employed business registered in Malta, VAT No. MT25335407. In these terms, “Stratoryn”, “we”, or “us” refers to Stephan Ferriggi trading as Stratoryn.

Ownership

• You keep your data. You retain ownership of the ERP and business data you upload. Stratoryn does not claim ownership of your uploaded data.
• Stephan Ferriggi owns the Stratoryn platform, software, website content, user interface, report templates, documentation, and branding. See the Copyright & IP page.
• You may use generated reports internally within your organisation; the Stratoryn report template and branding remain protected.

Early-access use

• Stratoryn is currently offered as an early-access SaaS product. Signup is open: you can create an account and use it directly. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
• Outputs are advisory data-quality and business-intelligence indications and should be reviewed by a qualified person before any business decision.

Your data and responsibility

• You are responsible for the files you upload and for ensuring you have the right to process them.
• Please avoid uploading highly sensitive personal data unless agreed in advance.
• Raw uploaded files are not stored by default. Files are processed in your browser; only analysis metadata and summaries are saved to your account. See the Privacy & Data Handling page for detail.

Service provided “as is”

• During the pilot, Stratoryn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• We aim to apply secure SaaS controls, but no system is guaranteed to be error-free or fully secure.
