Stratoryn is operated by Stephan Ferriggi, a self-employed business registered in Malta, VAT No. MT25335407.

Ownership of the platform

Stephan Ferriggi, operating under the trading name Stratoryn, owns the Stratoryn platform and all associated intellectual property, including:

The software, application, and user interface.
The website and all website content.
Report templates, layouts, and generated-report presentation.
Documentation, guides, and supporting materials.
Branding, name, logo, and product assets.

These may not be copied, resold, rebranded, or redistributed without written permission.

Your data stays yours

You retain ownership of the ERP and business data you upload. Stratoryn does not claim ownership of your uploaded data.
Raw uploaded files are not stored by default, and row-level ERP data is not stored by default. See the Privacy & Data Handling page.
The figures and data within a generated report are derived from your uploaded file and remain yours.

Generated reports

You may use the reports Stratoryn generates for you internally within your own organisation (for review, migration planning, or operational follow-up). The underlying Stratoryn report template, layout, and branding remain the protected intellectual property of Stephan Ferriggi and may not be repackaged, resold, or distributed as your own product.

Trademarks & branding

“Stratoryn” and the Stratoryn branding are used as the trading identity of Stephan Ferriggi. Please do not use the Stratoryn name or branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.
