Found an issue, missing report type or confusing result? Send feedback so we can improve the analysis experience. Everything below opens a pre-filled email — there is no form to store your data.
- Report a problem — tell us what happened, what file type you uploaded and what result you expected.
- Suggest an improvement — request a new report type, metric, dashboard, export format or ERP-specific feature.
- Share a result — if Stratoryn helped you find something useful, let us know what worked well.
What to include in an issue report
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can reproduce and fix the problem:
- File type — CSV, XLSX, or XLS.
- Module used — Upload Analysis, Executive Dashboard, Export, History, or another area.
- What happened — the behaviour you saw, including any error message.
- Expected result — what you expected instead.
- Screenshot — attach one if available; it helps a lot.
- Sample vs real data — whether the file was built-in sample data or a real ERP export.
Reporting analysis problems
- Wrong column detection — tell us the column name(s) Stratoryn misread and what they actually represent.
- Incorrect metrics — note the metric, the value shown, and the value you expected (with a quick note on how it should be calculated, if relevant).
- Upload errors — include the file type, approximate size / row count, and the exact error text or screenshot.
Please don't send data you aren't authorised to share, and mask any highly sensitive personal data in screenshots. Stratoryn processes files in your browser and does not store raw files — only metadata and summaries. See our Privacy & Data Handling page.
