How Stratoryn works
Stratoryn analyses standard ERP exports such as aged debtors, sales history and inventory reports. You upload the file, Stratoryn detects the structure, calculates key metrics and produces a management summary with risks and recommended actions.
- 1
Export from your ERP
Export a report from your ERP system in CSV or Excel format. You do not need a live integration to start.
- 2
Upload to Stratoryn
Upload the file securely. Stratoryn reads the columns, detects the business context and prepares the analysis.
- 3
Review the findings
Stratoryn highlights the most important figures, warnings and business risks — such as overdue debt, declining sales, stock issues or unusual values.
- 4
Share the result
Copy the summary, export the findings or use the result in your management meeting.
Example files Stratoryn can analyse

No ERP integration required to start. Stratoryn works with exported files, so you can test the value before connecting anything directly to your ERP.
Stratoryn can work with exports from ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERPNext, Sage, Odoo and other platforms, provided the data is exported to CSV or Excel.
